Well, that's right. As I've said many times before, why just deal with the symptoms of pool water problems - algae, cloudy water, chlorine demand, poor water balance - when you can get to a root cause and treat it?
That makes a lot more sense, and many of our customers from around the country are finding that when you deal with and take care of the root cause, you have a much better chance of completely changing how well your pool is treated.

As a practical aside, I was really excited (maybe I need a life) to see a TV commercial for a nationally known mouthwash that specifically talked about biofilms on your teeth and the need to remove them.
