Don't blame the Chlorine!
ANDERSLOV, Sweden -- Several blond residents of a southern Swedish town were left with green hair after an unusual reaction between the water supply and the shower system of a number of new homes.

You'll notice there's no mention of chlorine or low pH.
Chlorine will not and does not turn blonde hair green unless there are other problems such as low pH & dissolved copper present.
